The Platinum Web Design team brings together a talented group of designers specializing in the skills needed to help your business succeed online.     Jay Garrett Jay Garrett is an graphics designer and web developer. Prior to his employment with Platinum Web Design, Jay contributed to the development of the Livingston College Website for Rutgers University, New Brunswick. His design for the 2002 Livingston College Orientation website assisted the college in receiving an award for the Best Orientation Theme, at the National Orientation Directors Association Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.   Jay Mussan-Levy Jay is currenly a student at Rutgers University where he studies Information Technology and Computer Science. His background includes employment at major corporations including Telcordia Technologies and L'Oreal USA and experiences ranging from database design to website and portal development. He also specializes in Human Computer Interaction and Knowledge Management System Designs.
